1. The client will be responsible for the payment of the salaries of the personnel they employ as a result of an introduction through ERA.

2. It will be a matter for the client to consult with the referees named in the CVs provided before employing personnel introduced by ERA. Where Clearance Certificates are required it will be a matter for the client to procure these.

3. ERA shall have no liability for any injury, loss, damage or expenses incurred by the client as a result of employing personnel introduced by ERA

4. It will be a matter for the client to extend insurance coverage to include personnel employed as a result of an introduction through ERA.

5. The client shall immediately inform ERA of the employment of any personnel introduced by ERA.

6. The following schedule of fees will apply in respect of each person employed by the client as a result of an introduction through ERA:

7. A search fee of €30 will be charged for work carried out where an order is cancelled.

8. Invoices will be sent by post to the client.

9. In accordance with European Communities (Late Payment in Commercial Transactions) Regulations 2002 interest will be charged at the appropriate rates on fees not paid within the credit time of 30 days.

10. It is illegal to store for future use data provided by ERA or to pass on such data to a third party.
